- AI-generated inaccuracies or system malfunctions.
- Third-party API failures impacting automation.
- Business losses, downtime, or disruptions caused by automation misconfiguration.
7. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold Mechevo harmless from claims arising due to misuse of our
AI-driven automation services.
8. No Refunds or Service Guarantees
- Mechevo does not offer refunds under any circumstances.
- There are no guarantees for the performance of AI automation solutions, as outcomes depend on
external data and user inputs.
9. Termination of Services
- Mechevo reserves the right to terminate services at its discretion.
- Services may be suspended or terminated for misuse, unauthorized automation modifications, or
legal violations.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes related to our automation services shall be resolved in the courts of Chhattisgarh,
India.
